Doane Leadership Educators (DLE) facilitate leadership education experiences for students at Doane but also across the region to promote leadership dialogues amongst students.
On the Way Up - Through the @doaneleaders instagram and connected youtube page DLEers interview leaders from all walks of life. Specifically focused on connecting with student leaders from campuses all over the world DLEers work to understand how each leader works within their community and how we all have things to learn from each other.
Emerging Leaders - A six week leadership workshop driven by peer to peer engagement that focuses on the Hansen Leadership values and their impact on leadership. Students are nominated by faculty, staff or their fellow peers for the program that exists in both the fall and spring semesters.
