About AJ Waters '05:
AJ Waters is the director of Industry Solutions for InEight. He leads a team of engineers who work with InEight customers to develop solutions that help solve their greatest project challenges while increasing their profitability and agility. AJ helps drive digital transformation in the construction industry by bringing together innovation, technology, and data. Prior to InEight, AJ led the Center of Excellence team for Kiewit Technology Group, acting as the point person for the training and adoption of new software solutions. He transitioned to technology and began guiding the development of field execution management solutions. AJ was also the Program Manager for Project Management Tools at Google, leading the digital transformation of Google’s global data center construction system. AJ holds a master’s degree in structural engineering from the University of Nebraska and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and physics from Doane University.
